Located near Town Center in Virginia Beach, VA, we provide you the opportunity to learn self-defense through this Israeli martial art. You can enjoy being outdoors on our Saturday conditioning run as we are right next to Mount Trashmore. Our goal is to build stronger individuals in our community.

Helps Improve Fitness and Confidence

With three supplemental classes, you can continue to train outside of our core curriculum classes. These classes are:

  • Conditioning – helps build your muscle mass and strength through a slow grind over the course of thirty minutes with kettlebell and bodyweight exercises
  • Grappling and Sparring – improve your confidence and fluency through grappling and sparring; these classes occur twice a week.

Attending these supplemental Krav Maga classes, in addition to the curriculum of our beginner classes, will help you get a better understanding of the techniques.

How Long Do I Need To Be In Class To Test For A Belt?

When you first begin classes, you will begin working through the ranks of each belt. From the day of your trial class, you will need to gain 10 classes to obtain your white belt.  From there, you will need an additional 30 classes with a minimum of 24 active days (days attended) to be eligible to test for your Yellow Belt. We host belt tests twice per year, once in the fall and once in the spring.

What Else Do You Offer?

In addition to our beginner and intermediate classes, we have three supplemental classes, sparring, grappling, and conditioning. In sparring, you will learn additional techniques for striking, including dodging, blocking, and throwing various punches. In grappling, you will learn how to get out of guard and hold your position during an on-the-ground wrestling match. In conditioning, you will work your muscles and develop a better awareness of your body through a variety of kettle-bell and body weight workouts. These classes will help you better understand the techniques that we are learning in class, as well as increase your confidence.
