Answering Your Questions

If you don’t see any of your questions answered here, we will gladly answer them. Feel free to call or email us to ask!

How Many Years Does it Take to Learn Martial Arts?

Learning the basics could take several months to a year, depending on your consistency. Here, consistency is the key to success. If you attend classes 3-4 times a week, you will move through the program far faster than if you attended 1 lesson per week. It takes six to 18 months to test for the next belt, depending on which belt you are testing for.

Do You Have to be Fit for Martial Arts?

No, you do not have to be fit for martial arts. However, during your classes, you will gain muscle and burn fat. You will become leaner through body weight exercises, repetitive exercises, and increased heart rate.  You do not have to be fit when you start, but you will become healthier as you continue training.
